UPS - Increase Fuel Surcharges
Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies 
All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business
days. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped
together. Lucky bamboo combined with other not live plant orders
may not be shipped together. We always ship our live plants the
quickest and most economical way possible, insuring your plants
arrive healthy and safely. Live plants shipping days are the
following Monday or Tuesday after order placement. This insures
your live plants will arrive with no weekend interruptions.Orders
after payment notification. **Due to extreme weather conditions and
carriers shipping habits, we cannot guarantee "live" plants condition
on arrival.
Standard Ground Delivery - UPS Ground Service
NW Wholesaler standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service,
which normally takes 2-14 days depending on your shipping
destination's zone. UPS requires a physical address and does not
deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via USPS
Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and may take longer to
arrive.
Secondary Shipping Method - USPS Priority Mail and/or
Parcel Post
Sometime the use of the USPS service is more economical for your
order. (smaller quantities, faster delivery, size, etc) This is the
preferred method for live plant orders and customers requesting P.O.
Box deliveries. Generally, these orders are shipped out only on
MONDAY or TUESDAY after order processing |
